Enterprise Services

Moneystream LLC ("Moneystream") provides enterprise financial document extraction and analysis services. Our services are billed according to contractual agreements or usage-based pricing established with each customer.

Refund Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, service fees are non-refundable. Refund requests related to service issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel services in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement. Cancellation terms, including any applicable notice periods, are defined in individual customer contracts.
